Reduce - Recycle The mosquito nets installed in all the rooms reduce the health risks associated with the A/C usage and provide a cool atmosphere. By opening the glass window and closing the mosquito net & curtains the air is fresher resulting in better health and comfort for hotel guests.
We recycle glass, plastic, cardboard, batteries etc. totaling to more than 800 kg per season.
Ozone water treatment is eye and skin friendly as it reduces the use of chlorine and it is also environmental friendly as it does not pollute the environment.
Many of the hotel's light bulbs are power saving light bulbs.
All tissue products and detergents are eco friendly.
All rooms are equipped with key cards that control lighting when the room is unoccupied.
Solar systems which heat water using energy from the sun have been installed.
Fresh-Local The restaurant offers a mixture of homemade traditional dishes and new-inspired recipes using local and Greek produce which is fresh and of excellent quality. In this way we support the local and Greek agriculture and livestock. In addition, more than 90% of our food is cooked with Greek olive oil, while many herbs and vegetables are picked up from the hotel's gardens!

Hotel Contribution To Tradition The hotel is built according to local Corfiot architecture using low height buildings, it is painted in the traditional colour that is characteristic of Corfu's houses and it features paintings from a well known Corfiot artist!
The unspoilt nature around the hotel includes not only the clear blue waters of the sea, but also an extensive forest-covered hillside which hosts the flora and fauna of the place. In the hotel's gardens Dina has planted flowers and plants that are often found in the gardens of local houses!
